We stayed for a week. The staff were always friendly, personable, and helpful. The rooms are clean, quiet, and roomy. The location is just just a short drive to the Universal Studios entrance. There are numerous eating places, fast food and sit down, within walking distance. Many shopping opportunities within short driving distance. Excellent value. more

I stayed last week for 7 days in this hotel. I had a great weekly rate. The frontdesk did very well and friendly. Where are you welcomed by name as you enter the lobby.? this was a great place for us to stay with the family. we were there for 3 days and the money we saved on the rooms we were able to spend on activites. clean rooms, great if you are traveling with family. staff was friendly as well, especially when we needed advice on places to eat or go. more

Stayed for one night. Spent a day at Aquatica and came to a spacious room, queen bed, sofa bed, kitchenette, large bathroom. Stayed on 1st floor, next time will ask for upper floors, so when I open up the windows, will have more privacy. Decent, Clean, Quiet, Friendly staff, Safe hotel. Will come back! more
