I stayed at this nice hotel overnight with four teenage girls so that we could attend the Orlando Fringe Festival. It was perfect. They checked us in quickly, gave us cookies, put us in a room with two double beds and a pull-out couch, and then shuttled us to the festival. The room was clean, the wi-fi was free, and... More

This was a great hotel. The rooms are very clean and big. I didn't have any problems my entire stay. Customer service was outstanding. I love that if you are a Hilton Honors member you will get a voucher for some free drinks. The only down side is you will have to pay $10 per night for a microwave.

I stayed here on business recently. The rooms are "tired" and need some TLC. The wall paper had a big stain on it and was peeling off in some places. Painting on furniture was badly chipped. The bed was nice and comfortable but the room overall needs attention. The warm cookie at check in made it all bearable.

We stayed at the Doubletree Orlando Downtown for 4 nights. The rooms were nice, Internet fast, shower nice water pressure and very hot. Parking was $15. We were able to get the breakfast buffet included in our rate. Not overly impressed with the food but for free is was good. About 30 minutes from Disney, 20 minutes or so to... More

The rooms are fantastic, really comfortable, we had a sofa and table and tv as well, good in room safe, small bathroom but nice, double sinks and a nice wardrobe. Shower is over the bath. Only complaint is that they couldn't put all of our rooms on the same floor and there is no lift to the second floor. Out... More

The room/en suite was extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable, but maybe a little too soft, and more pillows than we knew what to do with (five each). I asked for a foam filled pillow for the second night as I have a slight allegy to feathers, when we arrived back to the room late there was yet another... More

The Doubletree, formerly the Sonesta, has made nice improvements. However, the hotel is understaffed between 2-6 am. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The internet is Hilton fast! The food is much better than it was. The pool area is average. The staff is nice, but we found that coming into the hotel late in the evening or early morning... More

Pictures of the hotel do not exactly reflect the location of this hotel. There is a train that runs right by the property that is audible during your stay. This, by no means, ruined our stay as we were very busy with a wedding we were attending in Winter Park. If you aren't expecting too much this is a fine... More

Stayed here on business while in Orlando. The hotel is right on I4 which is convienent. It is also DIRECTLY on train tracks, the train literally shakes the windows. It can be heard all the way up on the 15th floor. Everything about this hotel is dirty and dingy. If I had not been so tired from traveling I would... More

What a beautiful hotel! The staff is amazing and you can't beat the location. This hotel has it all. We received a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite and the AWE never stopped. All of the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate. It's nice to know customer service isn't dead.
