This used to be a nice place to stay, but has gone downhill. They renovated the lobby, but left the rooms to rot. The breakfast buffet is gone and replaced with a rediculous menu of 9 dollar disgusting breakfast sandwiches and a rude man to sell them to you. We stayed with 2 kids during Orlando visit. The lobby is nice and renovated. They have a business center with free internet. The person at front desk were helpful and professional. We just enjoyed a 7 night stay & found the staff across the hotel very friendly & helpful. Nice reception area, comfortable rooms (ours had a small balcony overlooking the pool) clean bathrooms (housekeeping was excellent). Pool area nice and peaceful.
