Was at a 4 day conference in January. Had a comfortable, clean, and well planned room on the 9th floor with a balcony overlooking the pool area. Property was clean and easy to navigate. I was recently at the Swan and Dolphin for a 4 day competition/convention with Belron US/Safelite Auto Glass. The facility is absolutely beautiful. The convention space is HUGE. The employees were gracious and welcoming. There is a great lobby bar, shopping, ice cream shop and spa, all that I experienced and would recommend. There is a Shula's that my friends... more

Recently exhibited at a conference held at the Swan. I was so pleased with the attentive nature of the conference center staff. Guess I should not have been so amazed, this is of course Disney, they do it ALL very well. Hotel accomodations, catering, event hosting, transportation system, dining, and oh yeah, they have a few great amusement parks too! more
