Concerned when I saw spotted soil looking carpet in tower, but the room was great and big enough for two king size beds, (really) just got back from San Juan and off the plane and on the highway, needed a good rest my friends! this was it........

Staff did not honor our pre-paid reservations, and we were forced to pay full price. Now we are dealing with the hassle of getting our money refunded. Hotel was unsanitary.

We stayed in the tower block on the 14th floor which had an ok view but the window was very small and the room needed lights on during the day. Stayed here for our holidays it is perfect location just fine to walk to universal and back if it was any further down it would have been too far.
