This hotel is in a row of hotels as you enter the Disney property. Hotel was huge. Rooms were spacious. Staff were semi friendly. This hotel is driving minutes from all the parks. more

The rooms definitely need to be updated. We stayed in the tower, room 905. The room size was excellent, but the carpet was either stained or dirty, and the shower needs new tile work as well as a good bleaching. Nice hotel-a bit dated but worth the money because we made the reservation on Expedia. Housekeeping was not great and I had to ask them to clean the bathroom floor (which they came to clean, but still wasn't clean). Safe wasn't working, but they came to fix right away. Hotel is in need of a real facelift. Bathrooms are not functional. Toilet in tight corner, no toilet paper holder. The bathroom has a jacuzzi tub that you have to step into to shower.
