For a Moderate resort, we were quite disappointed. My expectations were much higher. Our room had an ant problem which was never fully resolved. They came and did something on two occasions, but the ants kept coming back. They didn't offer to move us or to comp us in any way. Also, it wasn't a "Disney-like" experience.
