Our room was dirty. Towels had stains on them. Sheets had stains on them. The blankets were the most horrible things ever. They were so thin as almost to be non-existant. They had squares woven in to them that you could feel through the sheets. We stayed at Disney's Beach Club and Busche Garden's Embassy Suites. Both had luxurious quilts.... more

Great hotel, superb location for Universal parks, with a hip and fun feel. The Hard Rock Hotel at Universal is awesome and the pool area is out of this world. It has a water slide, an outdoor movie screen, and much more! My toddlers loved it and there was so much activity that we stayed out swimming until almost midnight!! I would highly recommend this hotel to families with small children!! more

Beautiful property. Loved the memorabilia! Everyone on the staff were incredibly nice. I bugged the poor concierge to death (not on purpose) and every time she was gracious and most helpful.
