stayed at this Disney resort 5/13-5/18 could not sit outside because of the flys .also they dont clean the room's until late in the afternoon,and sometimes not at all, it happen to us went back to our room after 6 in the evening and our room wasnt clean. you pay over 170 a night things should be top notch
