Grounds, pool and hot tubs OK. Rooms: worn, outdated and slightly dirty. Kitchen: stovetop (no oven), 3 or 4 pots and pans, toaster oven, full fridge, microwave, balcony (very nice), quiet. Sheets dirty which were changed (inspect before sleeping). Good value for those on a budget and/or kids. Never found the free breakfast even though I asked for directions 2x. more

We needed a getaway from a tiresome week from work... Husband/kids/brother and wife/sister, yes, this two bedroom suite fit all of us. The location is VERY nice, quiet and cozy, away from the busy streets of Int'l Dr... The decor was out of style, tv was old, lol, but at least there were three right? The one bedroom unit is very spacious complete with kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom and one bathroom. The decore is dated but in good shape. They offer a thrifty continental breakfast, discount coupons and a very efficient maintenance staff. While they empty the garbage and change the towels, you do not get bedding changed or made for 7 days.... more

hotel room was not very clean furniture old sofa bed uncomfortable kitchen floors dirty and we saw two large roaches in bedroom and kitchen would not stay here again!!!!!!!!!!! more

I read the reviews before I book this and was a little skeptical. After all, I'm a native of Florida so I'm use to the whole Orlando vacation thing... having been there over 100 times for family vacations as a kid, with friends, business, etc. I've stayed in fancy timeshares and cheap motels, so I've been around Orlando a bit.... more

We arrived at the Parc Corniche and were pleasantly surprised that the property looks good at first sight. We checked in and the young man who helped us was friendly and efficient. We got our room in building 1, 3rd floor. The elevator worked fine. The room was clean and ready. Nothing fancy, but it suited our needs just fine.... more
