I would really recommend the hotel as staff is good and service is good as well. you can get better rates from price line and remember they do provided round trip shuttles to all parks. more

Customer service is what mainly did it for me. It was my daughter's birthday and everyone signed a card for her, sent her a goody basket, amazing chocolate lava cake from their restaurant. All staff were very courteous, attentive, informative and willing to help. The restaurant has delicious food, hearty portions and reasonably priced. My favorites are blackened tilapia sandwich... more

We stayed here for 2 weeks over xmas & new year, the hotel was lovely. nice staff & clean rooms. They lay buses on to all the parks & they're all free, even the Disney bus which most hotels don't. Florida is far too busy for me over xmas but if I visit again at another time of year I'd... more
