Stayed here for 3 nights when we had to come to Florida for a funeral. Rates were great! My mother can not walk far and needs assistance and they gave us one of the handicap rooms in the rear of the hotel. Hotel has been renovated and had comfortable beds and new bedding. I chose this hotel because of its proximity to Blue Spring National Park. The room was clean. We needed extra towels and the night clerk brought them to our room. I was visiting family in Deland and needed somewhere close to stay. Orange City (and this hotel) was about 10 minutes away. Front Desk - Checked in after 10 p.m. and had no problem with the front desk staff. They were very helpful, especially considering I booked the room for the wrong day. This hotel is okay. It is clean and offers a continental breakfast. Beds aren't bad either. You also get about 80 channels.
