This Value Place has a staff that is !00% above board. They are friendly, helpful, propmt to address any need, and very courteous. The cleaning and maintainence staff keep the property looking sharp and clean all the time. I would highly recommend this Value Place to any traveler to the Silver Springs area.

Overall it is a great place to stay. The rooms are clean and well kept, and the building is totally secured. The staff are very nice and willing to help with all your needs.

The noise from the road is very loud and it is a flimsy building with little insulation. Many of the residents live here permanently. I spent a week here and I can't regret the large amount of money that I saved. IF you are a non smoker, make sure that you get on a non smoking floor. When we went there the property was brand new. It was a great value for the money we paid. the person at the front desk named Gary was ver helpful along with other employees. It was kind of like having a temporary condo while traveling. I liked the concept.
