ok hotel room had hairs in the bed first night we checked in, got moved to a better room, some of the front staffs atttitudes werent very customer friendly, shuckers was noisy at night, nice pool and breakfast though and good location, ok for a couple days stay. more

Stayed here 2 nights,had booked the room online and was positive suprised. Very nice location and had a fantastic wiew from the hotelroom. The room had 2 queenbeds,great pillows& sheets. We arrived from LHR to Miami around 2pm. picked up sebring from Alamo and drove to North Bay village. Booked a room here for 1 night before we drove to Cape Coral the next day. This hotel was just ok. Rooms were nicely decorated but the hotel is very old and dated. There was a lot of noise from the parking lot. The free breakfast was just ok as well. They offered hard boiled eggs, waffles, and cereal. The restaurant attached was good but does not offer a kids menu. more

Rooms located at the North Bay side have a stunning view of North Bay. The hotel also has a bar & grill (Shuckers) with a terrace on North Bay; the food and service is very good (try the lemon chicken). My first stay here was very positve. I had one of the bayfront rooms with a balcony (for about $130 - 140 per night). The bay view was fantastic, but the balcony was very hot and unusable most of the day.
