Our one week stay in the Manatee Room was very relaxing, quiet and entertaining at the same time. I chose this location because it was close to the water and to my work location. The staff/owners are so friendly and accommodating. I really enjoyed my stay at the Night Swan, the room I stayed in was adorable. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very roomy and even had a whirlpool tub. The service was excellent and the price was just right. Free internet at the hotel was a nice surprise too! more

I have enjoyed exploring New Smyrna Beach (NSB) from the beach side many times. This was an opportunity to stay in and explore a different part of the town. I love NSB because it is quaint, quiet and not the tourist town that it's neighbor Daytona is. This was our first B&B experience! The Night Swan staff was very welcoming, thorough with information and made us feel right at home. Our room was very beautiful, cozy and clean -- and hot coffee with newspaper delivered every morning. Breakfast was at the main house in their very charming dining room.
