This small hotel is convenient to downtown Naples, well appointed and very clean, landscaping is impressive. The downside is a very bland breakfast of average coffee and packaged sugary muffins. The other problem is that half the rooms back up to an alley, cars are parked against your hotel room wall and when folks come and go you know about... More

i have been sending clients here for years but had not stayed here in 10 years or more. The rooms are very clean and the bed are excellent. Located blocks from 5th Ave, the shops and restaurants of downtown (3000 restaurant seats on 5 blocks of 5th Ave). I was very impressed with the property and the price for Naples... More

Motel very clean, spacious room with 2 queen beds, great breakfast, pleasant & helpful staff, walking distance to 5th Ave & beach. Heated pool, clean & new comfortable sunloungers & chairs. Expensive compared to other motels but a lot cleaner & newer than most. Would return again. More

Fantastic location within walking distance to historic district (Tin City), and 5th avenue and a short drive to 3rd street historic district and the pier - which is great for sunsets. Quirky in a lovely way, sort of semi motel style with central garden and pool. Super clean and tidy rooms with comfy beds - pillows a bit hard but... More

Stayed here for a few days in January 2012 whilst visiting Naples. Was very pleased with the accommodation and loved the lush gardens and pool. Basic self-service breakfast is provided (bagels, coffee, juice, muffins, etc.) which was more than sufficient for our needs - fresh fruit in addition to oranges would have been welcomed, but hardly a complaint! Rooms surround... More

Perfect location in Naples, close to the beach and to downtown. Breakfast served on the patio, close to the pool area, perfect for this stay in a sunny and warm December timeframe! More

Based on price level it is hard to find a better hotel near to Naples city center. We stood 3 nights and the only negative thing was the shower in our bathroom. More

I stayed at The Lemon Tree as part of a group attending a wedding in the area. I was there for 7 nights over the Thanksgiving week. The hotel is on the outskirts of the centre of town, but within easy walking distance of everything. There are small shops over the road and a large CVS next door. The hotel... More
