We arrived on Friday night to a very welcoming valet, his name was Non. He asked our name and used it and was very quick and efficient. A GREAT first impression ! it's a large hotel, so not of the characteristic/cute kind; yet, its furnished with good taste. excellent facilities. the beach and beach bar are awesome; note that the hotel is not on the beach, but hotel staff drives you on electric cars on a very pleasant 2min drive through a patch of mangroves over the laguna.

Beautiful hotel in Naples Florida with great views of City and Beach (We stayed on the 15th floor with beautiful balcony and very comfortable bed) Excellent staff who attend your every need with a smile. Pool area is so pretty and the bar makes a delicious "pineapple coconut Mojito" Great restaurant on premise and many attractions very near by. Enjoyed!!!

Spent two days at this hotel as part of a family vacation----and we absolutely loved it. We should have stayed here one extra day instead of the Marriott Clearwater Beach which we used to see Winter the Dolphin. Thought we were staying in a "Luxury" hotel, well we were seriously disappointed. The room was old, needed updating, and was very dark. There was no light in the shower, the kitchenette was pieced together, no waste basket, no utensil, glasses. This was the room that we upgraded too. Should have stayed at the Ritz.
