Great location. Minutes from the popular Vanderbilt Beach and a short car ride to many excellent restaurants. Gorgeous pool, which was quite busy in December. I'd stay here again. I really enjoyed my time here. The units are all individually owned so the suitability, cleanliness etc will depend on what you pick. We worked with Caron at South Bay Realty,... More

We stayed in Regatta II, Unit 405. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. This was really lovely, and the owners were easy to work with. 1. Location: Two short blocks from the beach - we walked to it and watched the sun set every night. One block from the Ritz Carlton (hello, delicious restaurants!). Starbucks is 1.5 miles... More

For a full week or longer vacation, we always prefer to rent a home or condo. We stayed at Regatta in November for a week, and can enthusiastically recommend it. Our Unit 403 was between the lagoon pool and canal. The spacious balcony provided a great view of the canal area facing north, which avoided any direct sun shining onto... More

We stayed here over the Labor Day weekend. Naples was quieter than some areas I've been at this time of year, but I loved it!!! We were in building 2, unit 806 and it was an end unit so very bright. We had tons of space. What I really liked is you had both a view of the beautiful bay... More

We booked this condo through Premier Properties and they were very helpful. We stayed for the whole of November. It was extremely well fitted out - very much a home. We would recommend Building One, the higher up the better, because of the wonderful views over the canal and the Gulf. It's just a few minutes walk to the glorious... More

We decided on a condo at the Regatta for a Christmas trip with our 2 grown daughters instead of a hotel & it turned out to be a truly wonderful choice. After much research, and reading several reviews about many units with wear & tear from use we decided on Unit #1104 in Building II and it was immaculately clean/... More

Stayed here in July 2006. Our family of four loved it. The units were two bedroom two baths on either the gulf or the harbour. We were put on the harbour and it was very nice. The porch was screened in and there was usually a nice breeze. The resort has two very nice size pools and hot-tubs. We went... More

The Regatta can be a wonderful vacation experience, however, travelers with high standards shoul be forewarned. Because of the amount of use these units get from rentors, some of the units are showing wear and tear. If stained bedspreads, carpet and broken furniture are offensive to you, steer clear of unit 1-1001. It used to be our favorite unit due... More

We spent 2 lovely weeks at the Regatta at the beginning of December 2005. The condo was beautiful, as the owner is a designer & it showed. The Resort itself was very quiet & I think we were the only people in our block. The grounds were well kept & most of the hurricane damage had been cleared away. always... More
