Can I just say it was AMAZING! The room was situated perfectly so that just while laying in bed we had an amazing view of the ocean. I couldn't/wouldn't ask for more. Yes, the food is a little pricey but let's get real...where is it not when you're on vacation??? It was fantastic! more

I was at this hotel for a business conference. The website made it look beautiful, but was unrepresentative - it made it seem as if the hotel was finished which it clearly wasn't: the main pool was empty, the spa was unfinished, there was a lot of noisy building work on the outside spaces. The cleaning staff stole from me and the hotel was less than helpful when I reported it. They were able to see who had been in the room and although they said they were investigating they did nothing. Later in the trip 2 of my friends also had money and a purse stolen and again the hotel staff did nothing.... more
