The checking end was not to smooth as we arrived at 12:45 on Sunday and where told to come back at 4pm. Well we did the South Beach thing until 3:45 that we where given a room. As I entered the room my mouth dropped open. It is so clean and beautiful inside. The staff is nice and very polite. Valet service is great, all you needed to do is call in advance because there is a 10-15min wait time. Not bad for $30 a day.. I can't say anything bad... Another pleased customer :)

I needed a week-long, affordable get-away at the beach with my 2 grown kids. The Bentley provided everything we could have wanted. “Top Hotel, poor service”

Location was great. It's a clean hotel with a poor service (depends on who is at the front desk). You can get better hotels for the same price. Best of all: I'm writing this from the elevator, because we're stuck in it for more than 30 min ;)
