“Amazing hotel!”

My stay started off great when I first met with Lee, the Guest Experience Manager, he is such a superstar and made sure I had a great stay from beginning to end. Bathroom products are great and Soloman the pool attendant was delightful. A must stay on South Beach!

The hotel definitely has the wow effect, but overall was just OK, especially considering the steep price.We were upgraded to a partial ocean view room, and it was... tiny! After many visits to SoBe the Delano service, staff & hospitality just keeps getting better. Lee Greenspan and his crew know how to treat their guests. From checking in with Jose to ordering cocktails at the pool from Anna- everyone is overly helpful and friendly!
