We were recommended this hotel by a travel company. Having checked out Tripadvisor I called ahead to the hotel to confirm that it was a child friendly hotel as it looked mostly suitable for couples. We stayed in the two story room in the tower that has a bed and full bath upstairs, and living area and half bath downstairs. The Washington Ave location means the hotel is two blocks from the beach and Ocean Drive (about 10 minutes' walk), and one block from the Collins Ave shopping district (5 minutes). I wish I could capture with pictures how lovely this hotel was from the staff, to the service, to the location to the cleanliness it was all wonderful.
