The customer service was amazing, I left a leather jacket in my room by mistake. They found it and sent it back to the UK for me and were super helpful. The hotel decor is quirky / cute and it's in a fantastic location and is good value.

I visited Miami Beach on a get-away with my wife and I needed a last minute place to stay. So while walking on Lincoln Road bet, Collins and Washington we discovered this place. Highly recommend for lower budget FUN. Much less expensive, smack in middle of everything, great for Miami Basel, block away from Beach, Convention Center and HOT fun Lincoln restaurant, (great food) bar, shopping strip!
