We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was AMAZING, the staff was very helpful. We would gladly book there again! more
One night here before heading back to London. Good location on Collins and close to the beach and Lincoln Road. My concerns were these: the lifts caused all sorts of problems for my party and others guests you met (one being stuck for 20 minutes). Stayed for a long weekend, rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. Large deck overlooking Ocean Drive. Great room, one of the best that I have stayed in. It all started with trying to make reservations. Instead of reserving online, I wanted to call because I specifically wanted a room with a jacuzzi on the balcony. Stayed here for one night on the way to Key West. It was nice to see everyone being treated with the same high standard and friendly service. The restaurant was being refurbished so we can't comment on the food, but the front desk staff were really helpful with directions for shopping and dining out. We stayed for 4 nights at the Z-Ocean hotel during October. The rooms were lovely, very modern, spacious and clean. We had a balcony area outside which was good for people watching. My Girlfriends and I stayed here the weekend of Alonzo Mourning and Dwayne Wades Celebrity Weekend. WE HAD A BLAASST!!! Not one complaint. Not ONE!!..Its so close to everything. First of all when I booked I never even received an email confirmation and had to call the hotel directly to make sure I had actually booked a room. Not in a great area, not that close to the beach and the guests staying in the other rooms near us were having quite a loud house party well into morning.... more
