A reserved a pool side "cabana" room months in advance for a Saturday night stay, but when my g/f and I arrived, there were no rooms remaining in that category. The service was so good here you actually noticed the difference. Whatever the problem - parking the car outside the busy lobby, printing boarding passes, organising stuff - the respponse was always the same: "leave it to us, we'll handle it". Great hotel, great staff. more
