This hotel is right in the middle of everything happening on South Beach. It is a very quaint property with suites. The staff was attentive and helpful, especially the manager Jim, he seemed liked he really cared about us and our stay. Thumbs up to the rooms, clean, large and modern.

The unit we were assigned looked nothing like the nice marketing pictures on their website. It was worn out with cupboards falling off the wall. The floor was filthy as was the whirlpool tub. After disembarkation, we arrived rather early. Room wasn't ready, however front staff rearranged our room so we could get in early. Very much appreciated. The front deck clerk was so nice. My room was very clean ( unlike some places in south beach). I just wanted to get away and sleep. The beach was across the street and it was nice just to walk and see the people. I'll go back every year. Thanks
