So, you're supposed to be able to valet or self park. But when I checked in the ran out of self parking passes so the charged me for valet. 18% tip added to everything. This is a very small hotel, with a small lobby, but its everything you need and is a great hotel if you want to be in this part of South Beach (Ocean Drive/Lummus Park). We had 3 rooms in this hotel - all on the second floor, and all of them were loud. The loudest was the room in the front of the hotel facing Collins - that's because our room was above the lobby speakers, so we got music noise plus street noise.
