I went to South Beach with 6 girlfriends to celebrate my 40th birthday and we had a blast. Overall, our stay was fantastic. The only issue we had with the hotel was with the building. Here's the scoop: Great: -Location was incredible. The best location in South Beach. You walk to everything. -Staff - super friendly staff who always made... more

Known as the "Art Hotel" it's full of eye popping art, inspiring quotes and white leather/white marble everywhere. It's very luxurious, beautiful, inspiring and stunning! The people here are beautiful and very professional. The location is beach front with sumptuous garden, pool and lounge areas. There's a nice pizza oven/pasta restaurant with indoor/outdoor seating, and a cozy bar by the... more

With all the "hip and trendyness" of South Beach, the Sagamore is ultra chic but doesn't flaunt it. A very understated sophistication but comfortable and warm at the same time. The hotel was lovely even though one reviewer begged to differ. I am a hotel snob and would stay at The Sagamore again with no hesitation. We were greeted warmly... more

From the moment you step into this elegant hotel, you're enveloped by beautiful artwork everywhere. The staff is incredibly friendly and delightfully accommodating. Even with the price of the rooms being substantially less expensive than its neighboring Ritz and Delano, the Sagamore retained the chic Miami Beach ambiance, if not more than its neighboring establishments, without being pretentious. Only walking... more

My husband and I just got back from our stay at Sagamore and as you can tell, I don’t normally write reviews, however this hotel was one of the best hotels we have visited in a long time. When we arrived the valet guys were great, they took our bags right away and held the door for us (can’t remember... more

I'm currently staying at the hotel and am shocked by the lack of amenities covered up by "art". A few things that I expect in a $350/night hotel that are missing: 1. Heat - the lobby doesn't have heat. The heater in the room is VERY loud and literally wakes me at night. I know this is Miami, but it... more

with the fallic art work and red flower picture in the lobby... we enjoyed swinging on the "please do not touch" swing but most of all we loved the care of the chef concierge and his amazing ability not only to anticipate but also to fulfill and excede our expectations. we were there over new year's eve and enjoyed every... more

We recently stayed at the Sagamore for New Years weekend and really do not know what the other bad reviews were about. The hotel was clean and well kept. Our room was super huge and had flat screen tv's, ipod station, and amazing linens. The bed was super comfortable, staff could not have been nicer and all for a better price... more

Well, I have never written a review, though I always have an opinion ( just ask my friends ). But, because of a few of the reviews here I would like to take a moment and set the record straight. I chose the Sagamore via a travel site because of it's 4 star rating. It had a great web site,... more

The space is beautiful, but the hotel is dirty, the cleaning staff on permanent vacation, and on the off chance you can find someone to help you, they're arrogant or brain dead. The price is excessive for the level of service. And don't eat there - the prices are ridiculous - if you can even find the waitstaff! Vacationers beware! more
