We stayed at The Palms for two nights in all, a night before and after our cruise and we had a wonderful time. The grounds are beautiful and the hotel has a great private beach and a very nice pool. Service was perfect. I would have rated this hotel excellent but there was some building work going on while we were there.All finished now though! more
The whole hotel is beautifully decorated, the staff is very professional and friendly, and the location, right on the beach is perfect. We walked the board walk to South Beach which was not too far, and gave us a welcome amount of exercise. Will definitely consider staying here again. more

I cannot believe that I have had only a few hours sleep in my almost 3 days here. The doors automatically slam and the maids slam them constantly.
