I only stayed at this hotel overnight. The c/i -c/o process was smooth and efficient. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was very helpful and cordial.

I visited this hotel a couple of years ago and it was kind of a mess. Noise and dust from construction everywhere. However, this time around it was the complete opposite. Beautiful sharp looking rooms with the latest technology. The lobby of the hotel has been completely re-done. The staff was very cordial and helpful.

Had a great experience at this hotel. Convenient location and within walking distance to all the major attractions in South Beach.
