You certainly get what you pay for at this budget hotel. The service is decent but could very much do with a renovation. Wouldn't recommend it for couples but if you're looking for a cheap hotel in a super convenient location then this might be a good option for you.

Nice and calm hotel close to the beach and ocean drive. Clean room, they are a little bit small but nice,Just the breakfast is to light, with not so much choice. no swimming pool. The service is ok in english or spain

We were at the Greenview during spring break. I have no complaints at all about this hotel. The breakfast was plentiful, rooms were clean and the location is fantasic!! The staff were extremely accomodating and helped us with bus routes and tours. My son was extremely happy with the wi-fi! I would absolutely return to this hotel again.

All went pretty nicely at this South Beach boutique hotel. From the moment we walked in the staff was warm and welcoming. Nice and clean rooms and everything is within walking distance including the ocean which is just a skip away. Parking is a nightmare and the breakfast was very basic

I was here on a short business and everything was just wonderful. Brilliant staff takes good care of you. I had a standard room, everything worked , it was modern and clean.
