The rooms are dirty, we found a cockroach in our room. The plates, the glass...everything was dirty. The air conditioner is very noisy. Location is great,right next to espanola way. But i will never go back to this place!

Great location, close to everything you want to see in SoBe. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay and when I comeback i will definitely stay here again...no better place. Dan knows how to run a business and does it very well.
