Wow... I was surprised to read the previous review because it was totally opposite of what I experienced. When you make a reservation at a hotel they have a cancellation policy. I'm not sure their regular rates, but I was able to book the Nassau Suite on a getaway rate for $90/night. Simply put, to stay on Collins Avenue in Miami Beach for that price is a steal. we spent one night in this hotel in miami beach...it is located one block from miami beach..staff facilitated us in any way they could including an early check in and late check out..parking was only $16 per day..it is a true art deco hotel and the room was cool and huge..it doesn't have a bar or anything like that but... more
