We held a meeting here at the end of February and thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. The room was comfortable particularly the bed. The room wasn't ready when I arrived however the wait wasn't long and the hot cookies helped change my mood. Food from the conference facilities and the lobby bar were surprisingly good. The shuttle to the mall was... More

Our room was splendid, and kudos to the bartender and front desk manager when we checked in (finally) at 11:45 p.m.; however, it took well over a half hour to get a shuttle (even with calls) and the bar waitress was extremely rude when we asked for food service (after having just been told it was available from the front... Awesome hotel. Great roomy room with big flat screen TV, wi-fi and a huge bed. You have it all there... from international cuisine restaurant to a shopping center. But if you're planning on visiting Miami Beach, consider paying $70 taxi ride for the round trip each time you go to the city. Good for business men and women or people... More

It's a very pretty hotel, convenient to the airport, but not well maintained. Our first room had bed bugs, no compensation by mgmt, new room that had burned out lights and weird stains on the wall. Elevator broken, no cookies at check in, no valet service. Poorly run and maintained property.

I checked into this hotel for 9 days. I cant complain about anything. The ladies at the front desk were professional and courteous. The room was clean and smelled nice when we walked in. The pool & jacuzzi were clean. Room service was good. The maids were very nice. And Daysi at the Rioja restaurant is a gem!

Nice enough property close to the airport. Clean pool, good service. Parking is $5 which is a pain given that mos airport places comp your parking. Internet wasn't free as of january, but you could get wifi in the lobby free of charge. About 15 minutes drive from downtown ($30). Good for pre or post flight or for business.

So I book the hotel while my husband is at a convention near by. We get a club level room. The room while nice the first thing we notice the door lock will not open. Then we enter the room and you see a big gap in the design because there is missing furniture (ottoman). My husband a hockey fan... More

Thank you for your review and I would like to apologize for your inconvenience of closing the executive level during your stay. Yes we were sold out and had to assign various accommodations throughout our executive level. We close the VIP service but over compensated those special guests with complimentary breakfasts, lounges privileges, complimentary VIP services through room services. If... More

We stayed here for a couple of days while visiting family in the area. While from a distance I didn't like the look of the building, I was delighted how pretty the entrance to the hotel was with the water feature and some greenery. The lobby area is surprisingly enormous and really comfortable while waiting to head off somewhere. We... More

Found this hotel to be a very pleasant airport area hotel. Price was fair for the experience. The staff was very friendly and the food we had in the bar (which comes from the regular restaurant) was good. I never understand why the restaurants don't open at 5am instead of 6am though so the early travelers can get breakfast. The... More

After 13 hours delay Delta puts up I the Double Tree at the airport. After all our frustrations what a surprise it was when we arrived. A new modern hotel with large rooms and a really large sports bar where you can still order food late at night. Friendly staff and a great atmosphere. The rooms were very large and... More
