We pricelined this hotel when we decided to go in a day early. The hotel, staff, rooms, restaurant - everything was perfect. I will definitely consider this hotel again when cruising out of Miami. There is nothing that was negative about the Hyatt.

The positives: Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, although not immaculate. Premises were clean, overall. Location is very central. My complaints: The carpeting is damp.
