We checked in and the front desk people acted very annoyed to be disturbed from their T.V. show and magazines. Then we went to our room, more like the gas chamber! It reeked of ciggerette smoke. I loved the hotel itself but everything else turned me off to it. The front desk women was rude and really didn't want to help at all. First of all, this place is HARD to find because of all the freeways crossing in the area. It is located at the SW end of the airport and you get to hear planes 24/7. All there is around here are warehouses and half of them are empty. The so called restaurant on premises is actually some kind of bar/disco... more

Stayed at this hotel after arriving in Miami from Vancouver, Canada on our way on a Caribbean cruise. There were six of us, with four separate rooms. All of them were awful! very run down, old, yukky. We were very disappointed. Not a very nice way to start a vacation. more
