Made a reservation with a reservation company when I got to hotel they had the reservation but said that I had not paid. We had a very good deal for this hotel. The room was fine and the staff very friendly. The location is unbeatable - cannot find a better value/price ratio in Miami Beach. We left some towels in our hotel room and the staff was extremely helpful in shipping them back to us home. We would definitely stay there again. more
