Stayed at Tides Waterfront over Christmas and had a wonderful experience, great staff who were so helpful, rooms were huge, very clean, and the pool and gym facilities were great. All in all great stay and for a very reasonable price. 20 minute walk from the town centre so may not suit everyone but wasnt a problem for us. more

This is got to be the biggest joke of a hotel I have ever seen!! We arrived at 10: p.m. (two families), and our rooms were not ready. We stayed 2 nights and were delighted. The staff was great, particularly Pam and Pat. Really loved the free drinks at happy hour. Very good continental breakfast. Stronly recommend. more
