BAD check-in experience... waiting for close to 20 minutes for someone to appear at the front desk... which would have been quickly forgotten had the room been clean. It was not. Dust on top of fridge, black hair on bathroom floor, etc. Linens were tired and need replacing. Sorry, but this is NOT what I expect from ANY Marriott brand.
