Great view of Beach, nice pool, attentive staff. Maintenance resolutions quickly. We love our timeshare. They keep updating the units year after year and couldn't be happier. Grill area large and accommodating. Kitchen stocked with the necessities and everything works. Staff is always friendly and engaging. Free bikes. Free water activities.

There are two buildings at the Charter Club each with 10 stories of 4 2 br/2ba units per floor which are absolutely identical in every way.
