We just returned and loved the Charter Club . It was quiet and relaxing and the units were clean and spacious ; we didn't like to leave .
We just returned from our first trip to Marco Island (won't be the last though!) and we stayed at the Charter Club. We were in the tower closest to the beach on the 10th floor, so we had amazing views of the sunsets every day. The balconies are huge, particularly if you get a corner unit. The kitchen was very...

We're a family of four with two teenaged daughters. We vacationed at the Charter Club for the first time in late March, 2012. We travel once or twice a year, always stay in condos/vacation clubs, and frequently travel to beach resorts - so we have a lot to compare to. We found the Charter Club to be a very good...

Units (I saw multiple) had nice kitchens, comfortable beds and nice washer/dryer. Bathrooms were horrible, carpeting bad, cheap looking elevators, fitness room a JOKE, area by shuffleboard, pool table was cheaper looking than elevators with tacky, dirty vending machines leading the way to the pool. Hilton Vacation Club should be ashamed to have the Hilton name anywhere near this property....

We love staying here. This is a very family friendly place (not to the extreme of older kids running the grounds turning the place into some TV show spring break). The units are very clean and are nice. The views are breathtaking and you can't beat the time on the beach. Seeing playful dolphins seems to be a daily occurrence....

We recently stayed at the Charter Club and this was a fantastic place for our family. The rooms were very clean & the location of our room was perfect. We were located right by the pool which was great for our kids. The beach is beautiful, water activities for all the sailboats which is very nice to be able to...

They should call this place the Duster Club of Marco Island. The rooms are antiquated and extremely dusty. Dust on the walls, curtains, carpet and furniture. We stayed in 2 different rooms and both were sub standard. Things were missings, doors broken, screens missing. The fridge smelled. This place needs a serious overhaul. The only nice thing about this place...

I give this hotel a solid 3. On the plus side, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the rooms were big and very clean. The balcony was a nice touch and we loved the close beach access. On the down side, the furnishings, etc were a bit outdated (very 80s) with the exception of the kitchen. There was was...

My wife and I stayed at the Charter Club for 4 nights in late November for a short getaway vacation. It was our first trip to Marco Island and our third stay at a Hilton Grand Vacations property. Our initial reaction was that the Charter Club was a little run down, and the place is over 30 years old. There...

I have been an owner at the Charter Club since 1993 but it really wasn't until the past 5 years that I started coming down every year instead of trading through RCI. I've dropped out of RCI and just use my condo during December and we just love the place! My fiance and I so look forward to coming down...
