Friendly and efficient staff. Room pleasant and clean. We were on the 6th floor which offered free continental breakfast and evening appetizers. Pet friendly but did not smell of pets. Perfect place to stay if you have a small pet. It was valentine's weekend and the only place we could find that did not elevate their prices more

This is simply a beautiful hotel. The public areas are gorgeous and inviting. The sleeping rooms are impeccable and quiet. The club lounge is spacious and always open. The staff is welcoming, gregarious, and helpful. I normally stay at the Sheraton downtown, but this location has won me over. Convenient to 1-4, downtown and Winter Park. more

The Sheraton Orlando North/Maitland provided me with pleasant stay. Requested a wake-up call - and it did not happen. Requested a taxi to the airport - and it did not happen. Picked up coffee at the adjacent Starbucks - and it was like drinking brown water Very lackadazical service - laid back in all the bad ways. Don't bother staying here. more
