A colleague chose this hotel, but we were pleasantly surprised. Excellent experience overall, will definitely stay here again. From the great lobby, meals and pool to the comfortable room and clean bathroom, everything was as near perfect as it could be. This is now my go-to lodging in the area.

The Hilton is a nice hotel, very clean, big pool area with spa. But the bathrooms are very small, especially when comparied to Holiday Inn Expresses. But it is at least 3 miles from ANYTHING, except the regional airport. But since few planes take off here there is no noise problem. No nearby restaurants, shops, not even a convenience store.... Did not realize that the hotel is adjacent to an airport when I booked the room....but the airport is for smaller private planes and there were no issues with noise due to airplanes taking off or landing. The hotel was very nice, the bed was wonderfully comfortable, and staff friendly. Would definitely stay here again if in this area. One... More

Rooms were clean, staff extremely helpful. Bathtub in King suite was gorgeous, but shower too small and dark. No bathroom vents. Breakfast buffet good deal. Dinner and drinks in restaurant were pricey, though happy hour seemed reasonable.

The front desk and all staff were incredibly helpful -- not just cordial, but really helpful with information, mapquest printouts, etc. Room was quiet and comfortable. Spa/workout area could have had a few more machines, but certainly acceptable. Everything clean. Good breakfast (but remember, not free -- but worth the $13.95).

The breakfast was extremely over-priced and the quality of the food was horrible! The pancakes tasted like they were microwaved, the scrambled eggs were not cooked all the way, ALL of the bacon was over-cooked and burnt, the fruit wasn't ripe, and the granola was soggy. Excellent service, room and location. Very satistfied and I would highly recommend to anyone that is staying in the Lakeland, FL area!!! The hotel is located close to an airport and to a great shopping area with restaurants and lots of fun things to do.
