Very helpful and pleasant staff. The room was spotless, recently updated. Great bathroom and tub. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were the best hotel pillows I've slept on in years. Large crystal clear pool surrounded by lush foliage. Convenient location right of the highway just a few miles from historic Lake Placid.
