The room was filthy, smelled like smoke something terrible (supposable non-smoking room). Toilet was broken, blanket had cigarette burn marks in it, and bed was very uncomfortable. This hotel is in need of a remodel. Looks like the rooms haven’t had anything done to them in 20 years. Don’t was your time and money staying here. more

I stayed for two nights with my husband and kids. Room was clean and comfy. Staff were friendly. But the room needed a few updating, the fridge handle was loose, wall corner covers loose and closet door was taken off, other than that it was fine. more

We spent 6 nights there and didn't get disappointed in anything. A great choice and a super value. Very friendly and helpful staff; very clean and comfortable rooms; movies are just $9.99; a great outdoor pool; nice area and location. You will definitely enjoy Homestead Lake Mary.
