Great experience at the resort. The customer services was excellent, very clean, the pools are very relaxing, very familiar ambient. The resort is just a ten minutes from Walt Disney, not traffic. Room service is a missing feature. I recommend it for family trips.

This resort is adjacent to the back entrance to Disney World - right next to the Animal Kingdom Lodge. We were able to drive to the parks every day with no traffic and be there in minutes. Silver Lakes is a time-share. The staff was friendly and more than helpful during our stay. Our gran daughters loved the pool after a day at Disney World.
