i cant wait to go back, its such a beautiful place, and beautiful decor. staff are very friendly and i love the tropical layout on the inside of the resort. i went in 2009 and im craving to go back asap

Recently stayed at the Gaylord Palms in Orlando, Florida. Loved the hotel and grounds. Room were very nice. Only complaint is the service was very slow in most places. We did however have two wonderful servers as the steak house and sports bar.

Not the room, but the fees and taxes for two nights were 121.88. This is excessive, especially for what you charge in your restaurants. Bring your wallet, if you plan to eat anywhere in the hotel. This property is beautiful and extremely well maintained. One could stay here and never leave. The restaurants are excellent and pricing is consistent for the area. Spent mothers day at the Gaylord, and it was totally awesome. The plants there were like being in Jurasic Park. This is possibly the best hotel experience in my life of 63 years. Can't wait to go back. The Atrium rooms are awesome.

Was there for a convention and brought the family for extra days at Disney. We had to call for 4 straight days for housekeeping - sometimes as late as 7 in the evening.
