We rented a house with Florida Store Vacation rentals the week of March 28, 2009. We made reservations through Expedia 4 months earlier. We requested at that time a heated pool. We received a call from Florida Store the day before we arrived to advise us that we would not have a heated pool. I told them that I made that request more than 4 months ago and with a small child, a cold pool was not acceptable. I was told they were fully booked and there was nothing they could do. When we arrived at the house, there was a Tax Collector's notice on the garage door, well in view for everyone to see. I was upset because a) I didn't want a Collector to show up and b) it makes the house uninviting, this is supposed to be a vacation home...
