I don't know what all these complaints are all about. Could the place use a little sprucing up, sure, but unless you want to pay Hilton rates, you get more than enough for your money here. The rooms are outdated and not maintained. The carpets are filthy and stained. My condo had no pots and pans. Lights didn't work. Towel rack in bathroom broken. It was our worst stay. The (full) kitchen did not even have cutting knives and stove was not working. Even after complaining to the front desk, nothing was fixed. And the worst were the bed bugs. House keeping was so poor that we actually had dirty utensils in room when we checked in. I would never recommend this hotel. more

I called by telephone to make a four day reservation. Was told the whole price including pet fee and cancel policy. Next day My checking acct is charged and I am not even there yet. The lady swears the is a standard policy to MOST motels/hotels. I disagree. more
