Lovely mom and pop place! The owners/staff are very friendly and helpful! they offer great and free amenities! Kayaks are our favorite! Rooms are very clean! Perfect place for a long weekend! We will return again and again!

Have stayed at this resort multiple times over the past 7 years, and have always had a good experience. The location is central to Marathon on the gulf side and they have a quaint little facility. The rooms, parking, boat ramp, and marina are all in very good condition and the staff is very helpful with any guest concerns.

I noticed most of reviews are dated. The owners have upgraded facility and were very friendly. You can see obvious improvements, Right on the water. Rooms are small but comfortable. The buildings look rustic from the outside but the rooms are big and clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Free WiFi, kayaks, bikes, fishing and BBQs. Good size pool with cabana and not far from a stunning beach. Would definately recommend staying here, can't wait to come back!
