Very reasonably priced and very clean rooms. Not the fanciest place but furninshings were comfortable and cozy. Owners are very friendly and helpful. They gave us several suggestions for local attractions and eateries. more

It is a shame that all some people can see is negative when this property has so many positives. We stayed in room six by the docks and pool for two nights. Over the last five years we have stayed at quite a few motels in Marathon and found Blue Waters to be one of the very best, this is mostly due to very friendly owners and fantastic location.
